Barry Stein and Barry Bernstein established Ontario’s Still Waters Distillery in March of 2009. True pioneers of the micro-distilling movement in the province, Barry and Barry have honed their skills as craftsman to create a range of spirits and whisky. Their vision and dedication have shaped this business into something truly special and we are privileged to continue building on that strong foundation. We want to take a moment to celebrate and extend our heartfelt thanks to the Barry’s as they step into a well-deserved retirement. While we say farewell to their leadership, their contributions will always remain part of the company’s story.
